March Madness

Being that March Madness is starting today, I figured I would come out with a drinking game to all basketball games. You can make drinking games out of anything on TV whether shows, movies, or anything as long as you make rules to drink with. This is a fun way to add a little more excitement into the games. All you need for this game is a TV to watch and a bit of beer to drink, and preferably some comfortable chairs all around.
Here are some rules broken down into different categories to help try and remember them all. I recommend have all the rules written down in front of you because it’s a lot to remember especially if your drinking.
Drink when the announcers…
-when they say each others name- 1 drink
-when they talk about a past tournament – 3 drinks
-after a fake argument – drink 5
-if they call someone scrappy –drink 5
Drink during the game your watching if…
-any 3 point attempt -1 drink
-for any fast break points – 2 drinks
-for any timeout – 1 drink
- if you see a mascot dancing – 2 drinks
- any ball lands in the stands – 4 drinks
-every turn-over – 1 drink
-any shooting foul – 1 drink
-any air ball or shot clock violation – 3 drinks
-any technical foul – 5 drinks
During the commercials…
- for every “proud sponsor” – 1 drink
-for every university commercial – 2 drinks
-for any CBS drama preview – 2 drinks
In your place…
-If someone mentions money on a game – 2 drinks
-if the channel is changed – 1 drink
-if you mispronounce a name – 1 drink
-if you miss a basket – 2 drinks
- if you don’t know where a school is 2 drinks
In your bracket…
-if your pick loses the tip – 2 drinks
-if your pick loses by 20 points – 4 drinks
-for incorrectly calling an upset – 3 drinks
-for every wrong game you pick – 5 drinks

This is a fun game during March Madness to add a little more excitement to the games. This will add up to a lot of drinking if you watch multiple games in a day, but you can change the rules, or drinks associated with any of them.
